Be connect is a Social & Mobile Marketing Agency located in Brussels (Woluwe Saint Pierre) and active on the Belgium and French Market.

Our mission is to help Advertisers/Publishers to use Social Media & Mobile to reach their Marketing objectives in a relevant, effective and result oriented way.

Following customer needs we offer them Consulting (Audit, Strategy Definition, …) , Execution (Fan page, Apps, Ads, Community Management) & or Solutions to help them to Build, Engage and Leverage their Social Media presence.

Some of our customers : RTL TVI, Reckitt Benckiser, AegisMedia/Quick, aufeminin.com, Sanoma, Skynet, Unilever, Usine Mode et Maison, Neuhaus, Atipik,…

Your Mission :

In order to support its growth, Be connect is looking for a Junior Project Manager to :
- Participate in the Mobile and Social Media strategy definition of our customers by understanding their needs
- Prepare some recommendations
- Take and manage a project (campaign, development, etc…) from start to end, complete all the objectives along the way and maintain control on Time, Cost and Quality
- Analyse campaigns return, setup corrective actions to optimize them
- Provide some reporting to customers
- Monitor and benchmark some customer competitors, sectors etc…

Your Profile :

The ideal candidate:
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in similar function (Web agency, Communication Agency, …)
- has a university degree in communication or marketing (or another similar education)
- is passionate about Internet and interactive communication and is familiar with top social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Google +, Pinterest,….
- Is rigorous , organized, dynamic,and recognized for her/his interpersonal skills and curiosity.
- is a great communicator, and demonstrates lots of “common sense”
- is not afraid to try out new technologies or platforms
- like having autonomy and is solution driven
- speaks very well French & Flemish , and have good knowledge of English
